We leave tomorrow!

One day to until lift-off!

Today, we sold our trusty minivan and are now busy repacking suitcases and tying up some of the loosest of the loose ends.

Over the course of the past week, I have been busy on a recording project with the Florestan Recital Project and some of my favorite colleagues, while Katherine and the kids have been hopping all over New England visiting friends far and wide.

Elation after finishing the final recording session.  Nice photo bomb, Leo:)

Kathy Whittman of Ball Square Films captured me either singing or yawning...

The kids have been able to swim, play and catch up with their New England buds. For them, it's been like summer camp vacation in the midst of a lot of preparation.

Thanks to everyone who has housed our brood over the past couple of weeks. You are all welcome at our slightly larger-than-tent-sized apartment in Lyon!

I'll try and post once more before we head over the pond, but if not, we'll send word from France next week.
